All purchases made through our website (aomobedding.com.au) or at AOMO Bedding store location are subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions is shown by your use of this website. Order placement signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before printing a copy for your records.

No matter if the transaction has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged, AOMO Bedding reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If your order is canceled after your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, AOMO Bedding will credit your card in the amount of the charged amount

Products from AOMO Bedding that are shown on the website are priced in AU dollars and are also subject to any local and state taxes that might be necessary. Prices, availability, and delivery fees are all mutable. The AOMO Bedding store may occasionally run out of the goods that are advertised for sale on the website. Prices for promotional events and sales that are only available online do not correspond to those at the AOMO Bedding store. Any orders with mistakes in the prices, descriptions, or pictures may be restricted at our discretion.

Availability

We try our best to promptly remove products that are featured on aomobedding.com.au from the internet when they are no longer in stock. Sale
Merchandise availability is estimated based on information available at the time the order is placed. The seller is not liable for stock replenishment delays, and no order may be canceled or eligible for a refund or rebate due to late merchandise arrival. The customer bears all risk in determining the quality, size, use, transportation, and fit of the furniture. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the furniture fits the space, purpose, and use intended by the customer. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages incurred by the customer, regardless of the cause, whether a delay or error in delivery or the furniture itself, its quality, function, or use. Buyer agrees that the Seller's liability will never exceed a full refund of the Total.

Payment
In-Stock Orders, Stock-Coming Orders:
Payment in full is required at the time of sale.
Custom Orders & Special Orders:
Custom or Special Orders require a 50% deposit. Full payment of the balance is required once the order arrives and is ready for delivery, installation, or pickup.
Custom or Special Order merchandise is being ordered to meet the customer's specifications and is therefore non-returnable.

Payment methods
American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Stripe and PayPal are all accepted on our secure server. Payment in full must be made at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed once the necessary funds have been received.
Placing an Order
You can place an order for Products either in person at our store or online using the Site. Please be aware that because the majority of our products are sourced from abroad, delivery of your purchase often takes 8 to 12 weeks. Once the manufacturers receive your order, they will create a special product (or products) exclusively for you. If a customer cancels an order, there will be a 35% (of purchase price) cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping fees (as may apply)
Any order you place for a Product through aomobedding.com.au constitutes an offer by you to buy the particular Product from the AOMO Bedding Store for the price (including delivery and other fees and taxes) at the time you place the order.

Lay by Sales
To place an order
50% of the total purchase price must be paid as initial deposit, the remaining balance and delivery fees must be paid when the ordered items arrive. If a customer cancels an order, a restocking and cancellation fee of 35% of the purchase price will be assessed, unless the item is more than three months behind schedule.
To purchase a stock item
The item's price will be divided into multiple instalments that must be paid within three months, interests free. The store will hold your order items and delivery them to you once you have paid all instalments. No restocking or cancellation fees will be assessed if the customer cancels the order in the middle of it.

Orders Status
Log in with your email address and password to view order history, print receipts, and order details. You can also check the status of an order by emailing the store via the contact page.

Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled by customer will incur a 35% cancellation and restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges (as may apply).
If the Products in your order are not available, there is an error in the price or product description that was posted on the Site for the Product in your order, or if we have a good faith belief that you placed your order in violation of these terms and conditions, we may cancel all or a portion of your order at any time without incurring any liability to you. If we do this, we'll make an effort to provide you adequate advance notice and waive the cancellation fee.
Product delivery
Only "good faith" estimates are used for delivery estimates. Any loss, damage, cost, or expense resulting from a shipment or delivery delay may not be the responsibility of AOMO Bedding. We can not ship to PO box.
Deliveries are anticipated in business days most of time, sometimes on weekends, and public holidays are not included. Please get in touch with the AOMO Bedding Store responsible for completing your order if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.
You will be informed of and charged for the delivery price when you place your order online. However, additional shipping charges may apply based on your location and the type of the product. The total shipping charge will be confirmed when we completing your order. If the additional shipping price is unacceptable to you, you can cancel your order, and AOMO Bedding will make arrangements for a refund.
Only after all relevant Products have been fully paid for and funds have cleared with AOMO Bedding are the products eligible for pickup. Before calling AOMO Bedding Store to acquire a confirmation or notification, you shouldn't attempt to pickup any products.
We will not deliver the Product you have bought if no one or no appropriate person (for instance, someone over the age of 18) is available at the delivery address to receive the order, or if you are required to be present at the time of delivery but are not there. In this situation, we will try our best to get in touch with you, or you can get in touch with us to set up an alternative delivery time. We may then charge you an extra delivery cost for the replacement delivery.
A clear and unimpeded access area must be provided for the delivery of products.
Advance warning is necessary for difficult access, and additional delivery employees may be needed, which would result in increased delivery fees. Despite the diligence and caution of our staff, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that might unintentionally occur during delivery.

Receiving Damaged Items
Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that it sustains damage while in transit. We ask that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery to ensure that they are in good condition. If your item(s) is/are damaged upon arrival, please write "Damaged Upon Arrival" in the customer signature space and refuse the delivery. After the shipment is refused and the damage is verified, a claim will be filed and a replacement or refund product(s) will be issued. If a product is accepted and damaged, the customer is fully responsible for filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. For damages that were not noticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email within 5 days of receiving the package so that we can address and correct the situation. After this period, the issues with the product will follow our normal warranty procedures. AOMO Bedding accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage caused by the acts or omissions of a Third-Party Shipper.
