Please be aware that many of our services will not function as intended if we delete your personal information or continue to maintain erroneous personal information. Some examples include, but are not limited to:

 

Returns: We won't be able to find your order or receipt in our database. If the consumer cannot produce proof of purchase, the transaction will be handled as an unreceived return in accordance with our return policy. In order to complete a return or refund, we will need evidence of purchase from the customer.

Customer Service: There may be restrictions on how we can respond to customer service enquiries. We won't be able to search up past orders or account information, therefore in order to meet your demands, we might ask for proof of purchase.

Online Account & Shopping:  There won't be a trace of your internet account. Your online account will no longer have access to the products in your shopping cart, order history, stored addresses, saved recipes, or any other remembered preferences.

Recalls: we will no longer be able to contact you by phone, email, regular mail, or regular mail on product recalls involving products you have purchased.
