Delivery Policy

AOMO Bedding is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to strikes, accidents, late shipments from the manufacturer or other causes beyond our control. AOMO Bedding relies on the manufacturer's representations regarding source or type of material in products. The information is believed to be accurate but it is not guaranteed.

Pickup

 

We will work hard to make room for more great pieces for your next remodel. Please assist us in retrieving purchased items as soon as possible so that we can meet everyone's needs and timelines.

 

Once your order has arrived in our store, we will send you confirmations for pickup. Please arrange for delivery or pick-up of your items within 30 days. Orders held over 30 days of availability will be charged a 4% monthly storage fee. 

 

In-stock Items purchased from the showroom floor must be picked up within 5 days. After 5 days the order is subject to cancellation & refund.

 

Orders held over 6 months of availability will be cancelled without refund. 

 

In-store Delivery

 

When purchasing directly from AOMO Bedding store, the delivery charge is determined by your specific order and the store's delivery policy. Please visit our store to confirm your exact shipping charges.

 

Online Orders  Delivery Charge

These fees are assessed at the time of checkout and are based on the distance from the store.

 

  1. 0-20km from store - $50

  2. 20-35km from store - $100

  3. 35-50km from store - $150

  4. Custom Delivery (more than 50 kilometres from the shop) - After you place your order, your local store will contact you to discuss the availability and cost of your custom delivery.

 

Australia Post Standard Delivery

countrywide for smaller freestanding goods like pillows and bed linen $10

Receiving Damaged Items

 

If your item(s) is/are damaged upon arrival, please write "Damaged Upon Arrival" in the customer signature space and refuse the delivery. After the shipment is refused and the damage is verified, a claim will be filed and a replacement or refund product(s) will be issued. If a product is accepted and damaged, the customer is fully responsible for filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. For damages that were not noticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email within 5 days of receiving the package so that we can address and correct the situation. After this period, the issues with the product will follow our normal warranty procedures. AOMO Bedding accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage caused by the acts or omissions of a Third-Party Shipper.

Customer Awareness

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the final location.

 

AOMO Bedding deliveries for bed frames, mattresses, sofas, and coffee tables includes delivering the package into the home, but does not include unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). Professional assembly and installation is highly recommended. The customer should inspect the item(s) prior to the delivery team leaving.

 

AOMO Bedding delivery team is not permitted to move furniture or other items currently in customers' homes unless we agreed to do so. To facilitate smooth delivery, please clear the space where furniture will be placed prior to delivery.

 

The customer is required to pay additional delivery fees for furniture that needs to be walked up through the staircase.

 

An authorized person(over the age of 18) must be home during the delivery window to accept and inspect customer’s items and sign the delivery receipt. Please keep in mind that we may charge a delivery fee for the replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.

 

The customer is required to state any imperfections or damage to the product(s) upon receipt or delivery by indicating any issues on the delivery receipt. We will not be able to accept the claim without proper documentation.

 

The customer may reschedule a delivery date by giving AOMO Bedding at least 48 hours prior notice; otherwise the customer will be responsible for additional fee equal to the original delivery fee.

Assembly of Products

 

We may assist you in assembling your new bed or bedroom furniture at an extra cost, it will includes unpacking the item(s), removing packaging from the home, or assembling or installing the item(s). If  your require this service for your online order, please check with the store availability before placing the order, as the assembly service strictly depends on locations . Please note you are responsible for the products fitting into the intended area as well as passing through any passages, hallways, and doorways.
